3. BOOKING AND ASSESSMENTS
3.1 Free Assessments
Free assessments are offered to evaluate student needs and recommend appropriate programs. These are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
3.2 Booking Confirmation
All bookings made through Calendly, Pebble, or other booking systems are subject to confirmation. We will contact you to confirm your appointment within 2 working days.
3.3 Rescheduling and Cancellations
• You may reschedule or cancel assessment bookings with at least 24 hours' notice
• Failure to attend without notice may affect future booking availability
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to staff availability or centre closures

4. TUTORING SERVICES
4.1 Service Description
We provide group tutoring across key stages (KS2, KS3, KS4, A-Levels) in subjects including Maths, English, Science, and 11+ preparation. Class sizes, tutor ratios, and specific offerings vary by centre and program.
4.2 Enrolment
Enrollment is confirmed upon:
• Completion of our application form
• Payment of first month's fees
• Agreement to our terms and conditions
• Provision of any required medical or special educational needs information
4.3 Class Allocation
We allocate students to classes based on age, academic year, assessment results, and school attended. We reserve the right to move students between classes to ensure appropriate learning levels and class dynamics.
4.4 Service Limitations
While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific exam outcomes or grade improvements. Academic progress depends on multiple factors including student effort, attendance, and home study.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
5.1 Fees
Current monthly fees are - all depending on number of weekly lessons:
• KS2 & KS3: £95-345 per month
• KS4 (GCSE): £99-£370per month
• A-Levels: £120-£450 per month
Pricing is paid monthly and based on 1.5-hour sessions. Full pricing details are available on our website and at our centres.
5.2 Payment Terms
• Fees are charged monthly in advance
• Payment is due by the 1st of each month
• We accept bank transfer, childcare vouchers, and other approved payment methods
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
5.3 Childcare Grants and Vouchers
We are registered childcare providers accepting:
• Childcare Grant (up to 85% of fees for eligible families)
• Tax-Free Childcare (up to £2,000 per child annually)
• Universal Credit (up to 85% of fees for eligible families)
Eligibility and processing of these schemes is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
5.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' written notice to enrolled families.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
6.1 Notice Period
• Ongoing tuition requires one full month's written notice to cancel
• Notice must be given by the 1st of the month to avoid charges for the following month

6.2 Refund Policy
• No refunds for missed sessions due to student absence
• Proportional refunds may be provided if we cancel sessions due to staff unavailability or centre closures
• Free assessment bookings are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice
6.3 Session Credits
We do not typically offer make-up sessions for student absences. In exceptional circumstances (extended illness, family emergencies), we may offer session credits at our discretion.

7. ATTENDANCE AND BEHAVIOUR
7.1 Attendance
Regular attendance is essential for student progress. Repeated absences without communication may result in reallocation of the student's place.
7.2 Punctuality
Students should arrive on time for sessions. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time as we cannot extend beyond scheduled class hours.
7.3 Student Conduct
Students must:
• Behave respectfully toward tutors and other students
• Follow centre rules and safety procedures
• Bring necessary materials to sessions
• Complete assigned homework
7.4 Disciplinary Action
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if a student's behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a safety concern.

We provide high-quality tutoring but cannot guarantee specific educational outcomes, exam results, or school admissions.
12.4 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

13. CENTRE CLOSURES AND HOLIDAYS
13.1 Scheduled Closures
Our centres follow school term dates and close during:

13.2 Bank Holidays
Centres are typically closed on UK bank holidays.
13.3 Emergency Closures

Monthly fees remain the same regardless of scheduled closures and are calculated as an average across the academic year.
