Our Story

At the heart of Study Right is a simple belief: education has the power to change lives. When young people are given the right guidance, the right structure, and the right belief in themselves, they can change their circumstances, open new doors, and eventually make a positive mark on the world.
I founded Study Right with the conviction that academic success is not just about studying harder—it’s about studying with purpose.
Every young person deserves a clear, coherent academic plan that is aligned to who they are and what they want for their future. But a plan alone is not enough - They also need consistent mentoring, encouragement, and a safe space to make sense of why their education matters.
Most children will try their best when told to “study hard,” but when they understand how their effort today is the first step toward something meaningful tomorrow, everything changes. Their motivation deepens. Their focus sharpens. They begin to own their journey.
That is why at Study Right, we work alongside schools and parents to support the whole child. We help them explore the many opportunities available, learn how to access them, and recognise how strong academic achievement gives them choice—choice in their next steps, their career paths, and the life they want to build.

Proud to be a social enterprise

Study Right isn’t a franchise or a private tutoring chain — we’re a social enterprise rooted in Tottenham and Walthamstow. When you choose us you’re investing in your child and your community.
Our tutors are part of the community too: many are former students who understand the journey first-hand. Small groups, familiar faces, and genuine care shape everything we do.
By reinvesting back into local projects, free workshops and youth programmes, we widen the doors of opportunity rather than narrowing them. We've donated over £150,000 in lessons.
It’s why our centres feel warm, why our tutors stay for years, and why families trust us from primary right through to A-Levels.
